The Center for Health Systems Analytics (CHSA) at the UTHealth School of Biomedical Informatics oversees a multidisciplinary team of scientists and clinicians that utilize data science methodologies to improve health systems and population science through prevention, policy, and treatment programs targeting vulnerable populations, especially those that engage with hospital emergency departments and first responders.

The Center's vision is to seek innovative solutions to emergency public health and health systems challenges, and the Center's thought leadership on emergency public health challenges, mobile health, healthcare quality and inter-organizational collaborations continues to differentiate us as we work towards generating outcomes and policy-based research.
