Job Summary: In this position, you will provide the technical skills involving writing and documenting moderate to complex applications and programs.

This position is a temporary position-the first 2 months will be 40 hours a week and the last 2 months will have hours that vary, but will not exceed 40 hours a week.

Additional Summary Specific to Job: The School of Biomedical Informatics is seeking a Programmer Analyst III to perform the following tasks:

  • Develop web technologies as per research needs using dotnet technologies with backend database (SQL) and front-end user interface optimization (JQuery, Angular JS)
  • Design end-to-end user experience maps and assist in finalizing the design blueprints.
  • Optimize web-responsive application for use on mobile platforms
  • Document the corresponding code and prepare user training modules
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of three and a half years programming experience or relevant experience in lieu of education.

Experience in software development such as Life Cycle, object oriented programming and specifically PhoneGap, MVC, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, .NET, XML, ASP.NET and C+.

Experience working with Third party API integration/library integration preferred.

SALARY: Commensurate with experience.
