Job Summary: The Seasonal Hire Program is a program designed as an opportunity for high school students, college students, and teachers to work at UTHSC-H during the summer and gain invaluable work experience and new insights into career possibilities while also earning an income.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The School of Biomedical Informatics is seeking a Seasonal Hire to perform the following duties:

• Download GCREC client and MU materials from the ONC salesforce.com website for storage locally
• Assist the administrative coordinator with setting up new practice assignments in ProWorkflow
• Organize marketing and other materials for more efficient GCREC operations
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: Seasonal Hires must be hired in a temporary status and therefore may not be employed for a period of more than four and one-half months. These individuals may be hired either as full-time or part-time and must be a minimum age of 16 years.

SALARY: Commensurate with experience
