Jingcheng Du

Predoctoral Research Fellow

Jingcheng is a PhD candidate under the supervision of Dr. Cui Tao at UTHealth School of Biomedical Informatics and a predoctoral research fellow at CPRIT-UTHealth – Fellowship in Innovation for Cancer Prevention Research. Hie current research interests include ontology, NLP, machine learning, deep learning and their applications on various health related topics, including vaccine/drug safety, mental health and suicide, etc. Jingcheng Du is a member in Student Editorial Board (2017 - 2019) for the Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association (news)  and is guest moderator for JAMIA journal club. Follow Jingcheng on LinkedIn, ResearchGateGoogle Scholar, GitHub, and Twitter.
