Abstract:

Telepathology is the process of transmitting pathological images transformed from glass slides specimens through telecommunication. The purposes of telepathology are for remote diagnosis, consultation, interpretation, education or research purposes. This paper reviews the overview of telepathology system including digital image process and its security issues.
