SBMI will celebrate its 20th birthday in 2017 and since its inception, our school has been working to create progress in the field of health technology. Since 1997, when our school began offering graduates degrees in health informatics, the industry standards and practices have greatly evolved. This week’s infographic takes us all on a brief trip back in time to see the many ways in which the field of health IT has grown as we review what landmark events have influenced the industry over the last 25 years.
