Zehan (Leo) Li

Ph.D. Student

Bio: Zehan is a Ph.D. candidate focusing on improving mental health and psychiatry research using clinical informatics. His research, conducted at the Center for TEAM-AI, centers on leveraging NLP to extract vital psychopathological and clinical phenotypes from psychiatric notes. This work aims to deepen the understanding of mental disorders such as suicide, depression, and stress. With a background in Psychology from Purdue University and a Master's in Public Mental Health and Health Informatics from Johns Hopkins University, Zehan is committed to advancing the application of state-of-the-art language models in psychiatric informatics.
