A GRA position is available at the School of Biomedical Informatics. The position will work with Dr. Kirk Roberts to perform the following duties.
Job Description:
This GRA will be responsible for data annotation/curation for different data sources: electronic health records, radiology reports, biomedical literature, FDA drug labels, etc.
Candidate must be currently enrolled as a student in a program at UTHealth. The ideal candidate will be familiar with biomedical terminology, including at least clinical language (particularly radiology) or genomics. Experience with programming is a bonus, but not required.
