Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) Position
Position Description:
Dr. Degui Zhi is looking for motivated students joining his team conducting informatics research for biomedical big data.
Requirements:
The candidate must be in a Ph.D. program (Master’s students with good experience are encouraged to inquire). The student must be enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills, and have experience in some or most of these areas:
- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- Experiences with Electronic Health Records data, genetic data, or brain imaging data
- Background in Math/Statistics
- Programming in Python/R/C++/java/Matlab
