This challenge gives students the opportunity to demonstrate interdisciplinary communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving. Participants will be placed into teams of four to six members from different UTHealth Houston schools to tackle a real-world healthcare problem or topic. Teams will have a four-week preparation period. On challenge day, teams will present 15 minute pitches to a panel of faculty judges from across the university. The top team will represent UTHealth Houston at the 2027 CLARION National Case Competition in Minnesota. Additionally, cash awards will be given.
