McWilliams School of Biomedical Informatics has collaborated with several schools to be able to offer opportunities for students at partner institutions to complete biomedical informatics coursework to further enhance their expertise in the healthcare field.
Our school has collaboration agreements to offer this opportunity in the following areas with these respective institutions whose students are eligible to participate in this integrated curriculum:

Biomedical Informatics Scholarly Concentration
The McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston Office of Education Programs Scholarly Concentration Program is designed to enrich the student experience through learning and scholarly activities specific to an interdisciplinary health-related topic. McWilliams Graduate Certificates/PhD elective courses
This collaboration facilitates the transfer of 15-16 credit hours from the graduate certificates offered at McWilliams School of Biomedical Informatics to the Doctor of Philosophy in Health Sciences Program at UT Health San Antonio jointly administered through UT Health San Antonio Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and the School of Health Professions.
