The Enterprise Program Manager of the University of Texas System Clinical Data Network (UT-CDN) will lead and coordinate the multi-institutional program and project management resources in the design, development, implementation and successful benefit realization of the UT-CDN.

  1. Ensures completion of work breakdowns structure and resource plan for individual projects.
  2. Develops a detailed stakeholder engagement plan to ensure that all stakeholders have been identified, and interests documented.
  3. Maintains program-level documentation, and actively manages action items and issues.
  4. Sets program management standards and processes for UT-CDN participants.
  5. Creates a comprehensive risk management plan and manages risks with the Executive Director and program governance committees.
  6. Manages human resources activities for staff in regards to: recruiting and selection, hiring and termination, training, professional development, mentoring, counseling, performance evaluations, and salary planning.
  7. Responsible for the design, execution and effectiveness of a system of internal controls which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded; financial information is reliable and compliant with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
5 years of experience with large, enterprise-level programs/projects in complex environments.

CERTIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Superb interpersonal and communication skills.

SALARY: Commensurate with experience.
