Spring Poster Session and Mixer

Event Description
Greetings students!
This is a reminder that the Spring 2026 Poster Session and Mixer will be on May 4, 2026, from 12 pm - 2 pm.
We are changing the time this year to better accommodate scheduling and will now host the session during lunch hours.
All posters will be printed, whether online or in person. Online presenters will now record an 8-minute video that faculty will scan via QR code to judge.
An updated rubric and three discussion questions will be made available to all poster presenters and attendees unable to present in person.
Additionally, we will now award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes. A free raffle of MSBMI merch will also be available for in-person participants!
Lunch will be provided for all in-person presenters.
Students presenting posters can review the Poster Session webpage for more info on how to print their poster.
Students, if you are presenting at this year’s Spring 2026 Poster Session.
Please reply to the email confirming your virtual or in-person attendance.
