You will upload a Letter of Support to your application from the healthcare organization willing to facilitate your translational practice project. The Letter of Support must be on the healthcare organization's official letterhead. The Letter of Support should not be from one of the recommenders for this application. The Letter of Support should include: a) the healthcare institution's background (including size and type of activities); b) proposed project area for the sponsored applicant; and c) whether the organization will provide any type of support (monetary or technical) for the applicant's project.
