The University of Texas Health and Science Center-Houston (UTHealth) Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS) Biobank automated its biobank operations through the development of a custom online software application named SLED (Sample Location and Enhancement Distribution). The project was a collaborative effort between the CCTS Biobank and the informatics team at the University Of Texas School of Biomedical Informatics.
